Friendly and competant staff. Generous breakfast. Comfortable, good- sized room. Very accessible from railway station. Could open windows for fresh air - handy on warm July evening.

Location is very good, easy to go to the railway station and center of the city. Breakfast is plenty of selections.

The young lady with blonde hair who checked me in was lovely! Rosenheim is a lovely town, and the hotel is well placed.

Downtown atmosphere, shopping, eating, great room and comfort, breakfast bufett and the location was perfect.

Convenience as it's closed to a train station.

I was disappointed that you had to walk through a dark back alley to enter the hotel after 9 pm. I was also disappointed that they did not offer internet access.

Location to train station and to main square was perfect only 3/5 mins to each. Bedroom was extremely spacious.

Location perfect but because of this right on a road and the noise of the traffic was unbearable...and with the heat it was necessary to keep the windows open so it was near impossible to get a good nights sleep. Only there for 2 nights so we did not change rooms so if booking ask for a room that does not face the road. Also the hotel does not have an iron...the had a fridge in the room but not an iron which I thought very bizarre in this day and age!

We have booked a real 3-bed-room but got a little 2-bed-room with campbed. No place to move within the room. Little, poor equipped bathroom. Hotel is located at a main road (noisy, one cannot open zhe window). Poor possibility for parking.

The reception is only German speaking. The reception hall is poorly lightened and we had to enter through a dark backyard after 10pm. The free parking is only for 3 cars. The elevator was old and didn't stop at the same level of the floors. In the rooms, there were no phone set. In the bathrooms, no shower curtain and it was difficult to change from bath to shower mode. The breakfast was very poor and the staff couldn't explain how to use the coffee machine. To sum up, it is a one star level hotel.

No open reception upon arrival 22.30 No food at all in the room or available- no nuts no beer or softdrink No soap in the bathroom No hairdryer. First contact to staff was in the morning and first comment was-but you must pay..then we went to a cold breakfast room to eat breakfast with bread only and I eat youghurt or fruit. So I would not recommend or return.
